Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Must be in original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used honey products
- Perishable food items
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Minor variations in taste, texture, or crystallization (natural property of honey)
- Sale items or gift cards

Returns must be approved before sending the product back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

- For other approved cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Replacements
