🍯 Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used

Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product supplied
Any return request must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:
- Product found defective after verification
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Non-availability of product after payment
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
🔁 Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, KODAND may offer:
- Replacement of the same product, or
- Store credit (if applicable), or
- Refund, at the company’s discretion

- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Natural crystallization of honey (this is a sign of purity)
- Minor variations in color, taste, or texture due to natural sourcing
📦 Bulk, Wholesale & Export Orders
For bulk, wholesale, private label, and export orders:
- Return and refund terms are governed by the purchase agreement or contract
- Quality parameters are finalized before dispatch
- Claims must be raised as per agreed timelines
